With the Lexus One subscription you can flexibly drive a Lexus; after the first six months, you can monthly terminate your subscription. Furthermore, you have the possibility to change your car four times a year, meaning that you can drive up to five different models per year. Everything is taken care of and included in a fixed amount per month. We do not charge activation costs and you will have a one-month trial period.



  • 1. What is Lexus One?

    Lexus One is a unique, all-inclusive, monthly subscription with which you can change your Lexus up to four times a year and monthly terminate your contract after the first six months. You will pay an all-inclusive monthly fee that covers everything except fuel costs. On this page you can find the available Lexus models and more information on what is included in the monthly fee. After signing up, you will often drive your Lexus within one week, subject to financial acceptance. You will not have to pay an activation fee and you will have a one-month trial period.

  • 2. What does my commitment look like?

    With your first car request, you make an initial commitment of 6 months including a 30 days trial period. After that your subscription will renew on a month-to-month basis with a 7 days cancellation notice period.

  • 3. How do the swaps work?

    There is a mandatory one month period for each car you drive. After this mandatory month, you can request your swap whenever you want. We will deliver the vehicle to a location of your choice (e.g. your home or office) and collect your previous Lexus. Your initial six month commitment includes two swap entitlements. At the end of those six months, you will receive two additional swap entitlements, repeating so every six months. This means that you can swap cars four times a year in total.

  • 4. How do I sign up?

    You can fill out this form with your personal details. We will contact you within one working day to discuss your preferences and we will ask you for additional information, such as a copy of your driving license, postal address and credit card information. Additional information might be required in some cases to verify your identity and/or financial situation (e.g. expatriate, recently relocated to NL). We will verify your information and approve your profile following internal Lexus guidelines, within one business day in most cases.   • 5. Who is eligible to sign up for Lexus One?

    You must be at least 25 years of age, reside in The Netherlands, have a driving license recognized by the Dutch authorities for at least two years, provide a valid credit card and complete your profile application. Once you have fill out the contact form and provided us with the additional information, we will verify the documents, perform an identity check and a soft credit check via our partner before we activate your profile.

  • 7. How does the billing work?

    With the delivery of your first Lexus One car, an initial deposit of one month’s subscription fee will be charged to your account. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, reflecting the previous month's usage. In case of any extra costs such as traffic fine, fuel charge (in case of return of previous car without full tank), etc you will be immediately informed of it, and it will be included to your coming month's bill.

  • 8. What does my subscription include?

    Your subscription includes the use of a Lexus One hybrid, 24,000km annual mileage, comprehensive insurance, maintenance, all season tyres, delivery to your address and a dedicated call centre member for any questions. You can find copies of the insurance card in the glove box of your Lexus. Members of your family/household over 25 years old with valid driving licences, residing at the same address are also allowed to drive.

  • 9. How will I be charged for extra mileage?

    If you exceed your allocated annual mileage of 24,000 km, you will be charged 15 cents / 1 km for the excess. Lexus One mileage balancing will be calculated at the end of 12 months based on your usage history. For example, if you’ve driven five different Lexus models over the year, your mileage with all of these cars will be added up and compared to your annual allocation of 24,000 km. Should you leave Lexus One before the year is up, your usage will be calculated accordingly (e.g. 16,000 km for 8 months). Where applicable, the excess amount will be communicated 7 days prior to the billing date and included to next month's billing.

  • 10. What happens if I get into an accident?

    First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle off the road and notify the police if necessary. Once the situation is stabilized, you can find Accident Form in the glove compartment. Please fill out this form (don’t forget to fill out the back as well). You can e-mail the filled out form to and we will contact you within one working day. If there is no other party involved, and therefore the Accident Form is not needed, you can send us an e-mail about the damage and we will contact you. If your car breaks down you can call the helpdesk via +31206717745. You will receive further assistance and, if necessary, provide you with alternative transportation.

  • 11. Which Lexus models can I choose?

    Currently, the models offered under Lexus One are; CT 200h, UX 250h, UX 300e, IS 300h, ES 300h, NX 300h and RX 450h. All available cars are powered by the latest Lexus Self-Charging Hybrid technology.

  • 12. In what condition are the cars?

    We are committed to delivering cars that are in excellent condition, are not older than 24 months and have not driven more than 50.000 km. The majority of Lexus One cars are equipped with mid- to high-end grade packages (incl. automatic transmission, navigation, DAB, Bluetooth, leather seats, electric seat adjustment and the pioneering Lexus Safety System+ including Blind Spot Detection, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Alert, Lane Keeping Assist, Automatic High Beam, Road Sign Assist), while options can vary based on model and specific vehicle. Color selection is not an option at this moment, but we can always try to meet your preferences.

  • 13. Can I pause my subscription?

    After the initial 6 months commitment, if you experience a change in your situation that doesn’t require access to a car anymore (job assignment, extended holiday, etc) you can return your car, and stay as a verified user in the system. Should you wish to receive another car after the gap, you can do so, as long as the gap is shorter than 3 months (one time in a year). If the gap would be longer, we would need to re-verify your profile before you can request a car.

  • 14. How can I terminate my subscription profile?

    You can pause your subscription without the need of termination. However if you wish to terminate, you can send an e-mail to Please keep in mind that there is a 7 days’ notice period. We will end of your monthly contract and collect your Lexus from your preferred location. Your last bill will be balanced with your initial deposit, returning you any surplus amount if any.

  • 15. Wouldn’t it be better to lease or rent a car?

    If you need a car for some days only, it is better to rent one. And if you don't appreciate the flexibility of changing the car and monthly contract but would like to drive the same car for a number of years, it is better to go for private lease. Lexus One is between car rental and car lease in terms of price, and gives you an extra choice that didn't exist until recently.
